Meta Launches an Al Assistant That Tells Creators Why Their Posts Go Viral
Meta has launched Creator Assistant, a new AI-powered tool built into Facebook's creator dashboard that helps creators understand why their posts perform well.
Instead of showing only charts and statistics, the AI analyzes a creator's own content, audience, engagement, and performance history to explain why a post or Reel went viral and how future posts can improve.
Creators can ask questions in plain language, such as "Why did this Reel perform better?", "When should I post?", or "What are people saying in my comments?"
The assistant provides personalized insights, recommends the best times to post, suggests trending content ideas, and even recommends using popular audio or topics.
The AI also acts as a brainstorming partner, helping creators discover new content ideas based on current trends and their audience.
Creator Assistant began rolling out in early June 2026 to creators in the United States, Canada, and India, with more countries and features planned in future updates.
With the new tool, Meta aims to keep creators active on Facebook by making content analytics easier to understand and reducing the need for third-party AI tools.
