Not so long ago, we wrote a material in which we made assumptions about what new items Xiaomi will present at the end of March. If you look closely, we guessed right with almost all devices. Until the last moment, all the predicted novelties were presented, except for one. But today they finally showed her too. What kind of gadget and all the details can be found in our article.
And we are talking about the tablet computer Mi Pad 5, which has been rumored for a long time. Moreover, now we can say that Xiaomi's presentation lasted not two days, but all three, and if we speak in calendar form, it was two months altogether: March and April.

The novelty received an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 8.45 inches with an aspect ratio of 16:10, a high brightness of 600 nits and a contrast ratio of 50,000 to 1 are declared, as well as 96% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. Mi Pad 5 received a dual main camera with a 64 megapixel main sensor and a 13 megapixel wide-angle lens.

The tablet is based on the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and has, depending on the configuration, from 6 to 8 GB of RAM and from 128 to 256 GB of permanent memory.

The price of new items in Europe is 299 euros (about 27,000 rubles) for the 6/128 GB version and 379 euros (about 34,000 rubles) for the older version 8/256 GB. Sales will begin on April 7th.
