Mark Gurman shared his prediction regarding the release of new Mac computers with M2 chips.

In his opinion, in the next two years, Apple will release the following chipset models:

M2 - 8 CPU cores, 9/10 graphics cores;
M2 Pro - 12 CPU cores, 16 graphics cores;
M2 Max - 12 CPU cores, 32 graphics cores;
M2 Ultra - 24 CPU cores, 48/64 graphics cores;
M2 Extreme - 48 CPU cores, 96/128 graphics cores .😳

The first laptops to come out on the M2 are the MacBook Air and the base MacBook Pro, as well as the updated Mac mini. We will see these computers closer to the summer of 2022. Probably at WWDC, the company will introduce Mac Pro on M1 Ultra and Apple Pro Display 7K.
