Xiaomi users around the world are reporting an update that brakes their smartphones
Yesterday evening, Xiaomi smartphones and the company's sub-brands received the latest MIUI 14 / HyperOS update (different sources call different versions). It has updated the user interface plugin with the addition of a new curtain.
According to users, smartphones then go into a cyclic reboot and do not start. Interestingly, the update came even to those smartphones that were not supposed to receive it.
So far there is only one solution: completely reset all settings and erase all data. However, even after this, many users are faced with a bootloop.
If you have Xiaomi and your smartphone is still working, immediately disable auto-update to avoid bricking your device.
