Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is developing his own AI agent to help him manage the company and speed up task completion.
According to The Wall Street Journal, this agent will be able to independently plan actions and carry out tasks, from searching for information to helping with daily chores.
According to the publication, the development will allow users to obtain the necessary information more quickly without having to review reports or engage a management structure.
The project is part of Meta's broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into work processes and reduce management s.
"We're empowering individuals and flattening teams," Zuckerberg said during a quarterly earnings call. "If we can do that, I think we can do a lot more, and work will be significantly more engaging."
The company's employees are reportedly already using AI tools to search and organize information, as well as personal assistants. Meta is also developing platforms where these agents can interact with each other.
