Gynaecologists suggest that overweight may cause serious menstrual disorders in women and it may ultimately lead to infertility.There are various treatments for losing weight; but doctors prefer a slow and steady method. They say that the sudden loss of weight may welcome many other diseases such as nutrient deficiencies and gallstones.

Kerala too has obese population, though not at an alarming level. There are various institutes and methods here which treat and prevent obesity. You can approach, obesity clinics, ayurvedic resorts kerala, dieticians, health clubs or health practitioners and they will suggest treatments to lose that extra flab. The treatments are mainly based on the level of obesity in the patient, his/her age and overall health condition.

Another important thing that they take into consideration is your motivation and will to lose weight. All the treatments will be in vain if you do not have the determination to slim down. Remember, you can surely shed your calories, provided you should have a strong will.
