If your Gmail storage is full
If your Gmail shows Storage full and can’t receive emails, do this NOW. I hope this helps you as it has helped me !
1. Copy + paste these search filters
These expose hidden space-killers:
•filename:pdf larger:10mb
•older_than:1y has:attachment
•filename:mp4
•filename:zip
•filename:docx
Select → “Select all conversations” → Delete.
You’ll be shocked by what shows up.
2. Clear Google Photos secret trash
•Open Google Photos
•Menu → Utilities → Review items
Delete old videos, WhatsApp backups, random screenshots, memes, and screen recordings.
(This one alone saves people gigabytes.)
